SHIPPING AND TRACKING POLICY

All orders are shipped out Tues-Fri of each week.

Shipping times are approximate. Please be aware of possible delays due to the impacts of Covid-19 & increased shipping times during the Holiday Season. Any significant delays we will contact you via email, as soon as possible.

 

Priority Mail: 1-3 days

Priority Mail Express: overnight 2-day guarantee

 

All orders are shipped via USPS. All tracking numbers will be sent after your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over your package. Any issues regarding delivery status updates, please contact USPS. Please refer to your tracking # in your confirmation email for ETA.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

LynsyStylz.com is not liable for items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues with your package. Any order disputes regarding lost, stolen, or damaged goods WILL are supported by proof of purchase & LynsyStylz.com’s store policy.

 

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. All purchases are final sale, no refunds, or exchanges. If your order is incorrect or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving.

STYLING POLICY

As a future client of StyledxStylz, I kindly request that you book any styling service at minimum 3 weeks prior to the event in which you need your outfit by.

 

(EX. Graduation Photoshoot May 4th – Book by April 13th to allow sufficient time for the stylist to create outfit options, possible revisions, & for clients to purchase the pieces for their event. Pieces ordered online usually take 3-7 business days to ship.)

 

When booking please be sure to include the type of event you will be attending, description of your personal style & social media handle, sizes (tops, pants, dresses, skirts, shoes, etc.), along with estimated budget.

 

Prices vary depending on desired look. At time of booking, 50% non-refundable deposit of total payment is required & will be used towards your service. All payments are made directly through booking. **Apparel purchases made from Lynsy,Stylz are made through the site directly.

 

All remaining balances are to be paid after the final look(s) are confirmed with the stylist & the client is satisfied.

 

All clients will receive are allowed 2 revisions within the first week of concepts being sent. Any additional revisions are 10$ per revision. ANY revision made after the first week will also result in a 10$ fee per revision, to ensure timeliness, because online pieces do sell out. After links are sent, SxS isn’t responsible for the purchasing of items, that is SOLELY based on the client.
